TG6000
TG6000 is a universal RF tracking generator that can be used with many existing spectrum analyzers.
It covers the range from DC to 6GHz and can also be used as a standalone RF signal generator from 25 to 6000MHz.
The TG6000 can replace the Agilent HP 85640A external tracking generator and also adds signal generator functionality.
Additionally, it covers a second frequency band that the 85640A does not, providing TG signals over 6GHz.
A great troubleshooting and measurement tool for easily characterizing filters and attenuators!
