Model MS010620 為多倍頻高功率放大器模組, 頻率範圍 1-6 GHz, 提供高達20 Watts 輸出功率. 小訊號可以輸出59dB 增益 Gain, ±2.0 dB 平坦度. MS010620 採用最先進的氮化鎵微波製程 (GaN microwave technology), 可提供模組長時間操作的穩定性與強韌度. 密封式包裝更可以讓模組在嚴苛的環境下操作使用, 執行任務.
