Elite RF's 20MHz to 6000MHz Power Amplifier Family is the newest addition to EliteRFs portfolio of RF amplifiers incorporating advanced, state-of-the-art, GaN on SiC technology. These amplifiers are biased classAB with gain ranging from 32dB to 48dB, works in CW or Pulsed mode, covering from 20MHz to 6000MHz. Available options of up to 200W of saturated power. These amplifiers can be used in narrowband and multi-decade bandwidth applications and are well suited for a variety of applications including EW, commercial and military radar, communications, industrial, scientific, medical, and laboratory use. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry leading warranty.
