Elite RF's 2.0GHz to 18.0GHz Power Amplifier Family is the newest addition to Elite RF's portfolio of RF amplifiers incorporating advanced, state-of-the-art, GaN on SiC technology. These amplifiers are biased class AB with gain ranging from 30dB to 48dB, works in CW or Pulsed mode, covering from 2.0GHz to 18.0GHz. Available options of up to 20W of saturated power. These amplifiers can be used in narrow band and multi-octave bandwidth applications and are well suited for a variety of applications including EW, commercial and military radar, communications, industrial, scientific, medical, and laboratory use. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry leading warranty.
