Elite RF's 500MHz to 2500MHz Power Amplifier Family is the newest addition to EliteRF's portfolio of RF amplifiers incorporating advanced, state-of-the-art, GaN on SiC technology. These amplifiers are biased class AB with gain ranging from 40db to 48db, works in CW or Pulsed mode, covering from 500MHz to 2500MHz. Available options of 10W, 20W, 100W, and 200W of saturated power. These amplifiers can be used in narrowband and multioctave bandwidth applications and are well suited for a variety of applications including EW, commercial and military radar, communications, industrial, scientific, medical, and laboratory use. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry leading warranty.
