Elite RF's 6.0GHz to 12.0GHz PowerAmplifier Family is the newest addition to EliteRF's portfolio of RF amplifiers incorporating advanced, state-of-the-art, GaN on SiC technology. These amplifiers are biased class AB with gain ranging from 30dB to 48dB, works in CW or Pulsed mode, covering from 6.0GHz to 12.0GHz. Available options of up to 200W of saturated power. These amplifiers can be used in narrowband and octave bandwidth applications and are well suited for a variety of applications including EW, commercial and military radar, communications, industrial, scientific, medical, and laboratory use. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry leading warranty.
